Lillian leads the Landowner Customer Success team at NCX and is focused on building strong relationships with both landowners and foresters to understand and advocate for their needs, ensuring they have a positive experience engaging with the Natural Capital Exchange.
She is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in agricultural economics. Lillian currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana. In her free time, you can find her outside with her dogs, tending to her garden, or at the barn riding horses.
Lucas Vold
Forester Engagement Manager
NCX
Lucas serves as Forester Engagement Manager at NCX. He is focused on outreach and support to some of our most important partners, foresters, who are often our direct link to participating landowners and integral to the NCX program.
He holds a BS in forest management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, a MS in forest hydrology from the University of Minnesota, and has a decade of field forestry and wood procurement experience in Wisconsin and Michigan. Outside of work, he can usually be found in the woods or on the water with his wife and two children.
